AI Disclosure

Ethicraft utilizes AI in its creative workflow, combining human direction, quality control, and human artistic skills in the design process.

Our Approach

Our work begins with human creative direction. Ideas, themes, concepts, refinement choices, and final selections are guided by a human designer.

Adobe Firefly may be used during the design process to help generate or develop visual material. Generated outputs are reviewed, curated, and (if needed) refined by a human before being considered for use.

Human Review and Refinement

Ethicraft does not rely on fully unreviewed automated output for finished public-facing work.

Designs are selected, assessed, and refined through human judgment. Not every generated output is used, and materials may be edited, adjusted, or discarded during the creative process.

Ethical Intent

Ethicraft aims to use tools and workflows that align with a more thoughtful and responsible approach to creative production.

This includes:

  • using print-on-demand production to reduce unnecessary waste
  • choosing an AI tool intended for commercial creative use
  • maintaining human involvement in concept development, review, and refinement
  • avoiding content that is knowingly infringing, deceptive, or misleading

Transparency

Ethicraft openly describes its work as a collaboration between human and artificial intelligence, not as purely handmade by humans.

We believe transparency matters. Our goal is to be honest about the role of creative tools while also recognizing the importance of human authorship, judgment, and artistic direction in the final result.

Originality and Limitations

We aim to create responsible work, but no creative process can guarantee absolute uniqueness in every respect.

If concerns are brought to our attention regarding specific content, we may review, revise, remove, or decline to use material at our discretion.

Future Updates

As tools, standards, and business practices evolve, Ethicraft may update this disclosure to reflect its current workflow and values.

Return Policy

As we partner with various shops, return policies are often based on where you purchase your items. Please take the time to better understand by familiarizing yourself with the return policies of our partners. Digital items are normally final sale as is.

Product Types

Ethicraft offers two categories of products:

  • physical products
  • digital products

Physical products are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party platforms or fulfillment providers after an order is placed. Digital products are delivered as downloadable files or digital content.

Physical Products

Ethicraft does not maintain inventory of physical products and does not directly fulfill orders. Physical items are produced and shipped through the third-party platform or service through which the customer completes the purchase.

Because of this, return, refund, exchange, replacement, cancellation, shipping, and damage claim policies for physical products are determined by the specific marketplace, storefront, or fulfillment platform where the order is placed.

These policies may differ depending on the platform used, including differences in:

  • whether returns are accepted
  • whether exchanges are available
  • deadlines for reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • cancellation windows
  • shipping issue procedures
  • refund eligibility and processing timelines

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable policies of the specific storefront or platform before purchasing a physical item.

Platform-Specific Policies

If a product is purchased through a third-party platform such as Etsy, Amazon, Redbubble, or another marketplace or print-on-demand storefront, that platform’s posted policies and procedures will generally control how order issues are handled.

Ethicraft does not guarantee that all sales platforms apply the same standards, offer the same remedies, or process disputes in the same way.

Where a third-party platform provides its own return, refund, exchange, cancellation, dispute resolution, buyer protection, or order issue procedures, those terms will apply to the purchase made through that platform.

Ethicraft’s Role in Sales

Ethicraft creates and offers designs, but physical production, order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and many post-purchase procedures may be handled in whole or in part by third-party platforms or fulfillment providers.

As a result, Ethicraft may have limited ability to override, modify, or replace the official policies of the platform through which a physical order was placed.

If a customer experiences a problem with a physical order, the customer should first review and follow the procedures provided by the store or platform where the purchase was made.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be meaningfully returned after access or delivery, digital purchases are nonrefundable, nonreturnable, nonexchangeable, and not eligible for cancellation once purchased or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies to digital goods including, where applicable:

  • downloadable files
  • digital artwork
  • digital design assets
  • digital bundles
  • other electronically delivered products

No Return of Digital Goods

By purchasing a digital product, the customer understands and agrees that:

  • digital goods are delivered in a non-physical format
  • access to or delivery of the product may occur immediately or soon after purchase
  • once delivered, digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods
  • refunds are therefore not offered for digital purchases except where required by law

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing digital items.

Defective, Incorrect, or Access-Related Issues

If a digital product is materially defective, corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible due to a delivery or file issue, Ethicraft may choose to review the issue and, where appropriate, provide corrected access, a replacement file, or another reasonable remedy at its discretion, unless a different rule is required by applicable law.

This does not create a general right to return or refund digital products.

Changes to Sales Channels

Ethicraft may sell products through different third-party platforms over time. As sales channels change, the policies applicable to physical purchases may also change depending on the storefront or fulfillment provider used.

Customers should review the terms and policies associated with the specific listing or platform in effect at the time of purchase.

Questions Before Purchase

Customers who are unsure which return, refund, or cancellation rules apply to a product should review the relevant storefront policies before completing a purchase.

Updates to This Policy

Ethicraft may update this policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page.
